My tankless water heater was discharging water randomly. I had no idea what the issue was. But Sergio came by ASAP and helped diagnosed what could be the issue. It was determined that my water pressure regulator was broken and the water pressure was 140 psi. He replaced it with a new one the same day within an hour, and lowered the pressure to 50 psi, and no more water is discharging from my water heater anymore.

I called Sergio with Best Quality plumbing at 2 PM he asked for pictures of the piping / ball valve leaking. He gave me a fair price, was at my house on 20 min and fixed the issue using Brass Ball Valve. I am an engineer and can tell you his work was really good and his charge was very reasonable. I will certainly recommend him. After, the first experience I called Sergio again for replacement of our main line. His price was 10% lower than other two I had called. I had a plumbing engineer write the specifications and showed to to Sergio and his response “ no problem “. He and his crew dug one clean out 3’ deep, removed the turf 58.5’ away dug 8’ used the best commercially available piping and fitting and finished in less than 2 days. Checked the turf, and saw a few kinks, called Sergio and Carlis showed up on Labor Day, fixed it to perfection. I can’t ask for better job done professionally. Thank you Sergio and the team. I would certainly recommend you

The service was fantastic. I had another company come and diagnose the problem. They said it might get complicated and their quote seemed really high: I decided to get another quote so I called Best Quality Plumbing. He came by said it was fairly simple and quoted me less than half of what the other company had quoted me. He did the job quickly and was very professional. He recommended another repair but told that it could be done at a later date and not urgent. I appreciated his honesty. Next time I need some plumbing work done, I will be calling Best Quality Plumbing.

Best Quality Plumbing has been on point for us. Sergio came out when we needed help with the faucet in the washer and dryer room; he came out when no one else could. We then had him install our Moen shut off valve and he did a wonderful job at a good price (he gave me a 10% discount for being a veteran). I highly recommend him with no hesitation. We had an emergency water leak in our Sylmar Rental. Sergio was quick to respond, quickly and professionally diagnosed and repaired the issue. Highly recommended!

2nd place I called that answered their phone on Sat 4/25/26 morning. Water heater pilot light gone out. Said they would be arrive at 9 am and did exactly that. Turned out the unit needed to be replaced. He went out of his way (Glendale) to get the part needed. He was very professional and his pricing was very fair considering that he researched and found the part needed for the model of the heater. I highly recommend this Company and will have no hesitation in calling them again for their services.

My water heater stopped working and what did i do, i let my fingers do the walking on Google & did I get lucky. I called Best Quality Plumbing & Sergio answered on the first ring, told him the problem, he gave me a very reasonable price to come out and take a look and I was right, I needed a new water heater and he not only went to Home Depot to pick one up (it was Saturday & wholesale plumbing stores were closed) and within two hours, my tenant was happily singing in the hot shower. I have added Sergio to my contacts and he is now on my go to list.

We had a problem with the water heater at our office. Since we do emergency services we have showers for the guys who respond to emergencies. The technician came in and was able to figure out the problem with sincerity. Sincerity because the previous plumber wanted us to change the entire water heater. Best Quality's tech was able to fix the water heater at a fraction of the cost of replacing it. 2 weeks later we called him again to replace the water heater, this time because we wanted our garage to look nicer with a new water heater. Luckily, while in my backyard this afternoon, I witnessed the spigot connected to my wall flew off, and water shot out with fierce pressure. I turned off my main water line to stop the water. Called a local plumber that couldn't help me same day (first available day was 72 hours); they recommended Best Quality Plumbing. I called BQP at 4PM and within just a couple hours, Junior arrived. He assessed the situation, walked me thru what he was going to do, the cost, and I gave him the green light to install a new spigot. He was done within 20 minutes. Extremely friendly, professional, and communicative. If I have any other plumbing needs, they'll be the first I'll call. Thanks Junior!

I used an auger to unblock my toilet and got it stuck in there, tried for an hour but wouldn't come out. I called Best Quality Plumbing. When Junior showed up he also tried but told me the toilet has to come out, told me he'd try his best not to break the toilet so I wouldn't have to buy a new one, and that is what he did. Beside showing up on time he was very professional and careful, did no damage to the room or the toilet, put it back together and it's working perfect, on a rating 1 to 5 I'd give Best Quality Plumbing a 5, I would absolutely recommend this company and the price was very reasonable. What more could you ask for? They showed up the same day. They were the lowest cost of the 6 plumbers I asked. The problem was fixed and they left the sink cleaner than they found it. I'll certainly look to work with them again!

Best plumber out there to be trusted! I was let down by other companies and these guys picked up the slack and were there for me within an hour! I was stranded with an emergency clog backing into my unit on a weekend and they were still able to accommodate. Sergio, the tech that showed up, was very professional and an extremely hard worker! Give that guy a raise, he must have run that snake 3 or 4 times all the way to the street. I highly recommend!!

Sergio and Joseph were out to my house in about a half hour after calling and this was on a Saturday. I had a leak in the main water supply just after the water meter so the repair was my responsibility. They had to remove the concrete meter cover and dig to clear and clean the pipe. They had the job repaired, tested and cleaned up within two hours. Nice job guys!

My toilets were backing up and tubs were slow to drain. I called Best Quality Plumbing to see if they would come out to take a look. They were very responsive and were at my house within the hour. They got everything in working order in no time. I'm definitely calling them again for all my plumbing needs.

I called Sergio to replace the garbage disposal of my rental unit. He provided a competitive quote on the phone and scheduled a time to come and replace the garbage disposal. I further instructed Sergio to coordinate with my tenant by confirming the time and he did so. Sergio was on time to meet my tenant and do his job. My tenant was very happy with his services giving him 5 stars. Overall, Sergio is a professional who gets the job done at a reasonable price. I would call him again if I have a plumbing issue.

Had a major project which involved eliminating indoor water heater and installing an natural gas tankless water heater outdoor. Sergio was quick to come out and give a thorough quote. He and his crew came out early next morning to begin what would be a 2-3 day project which they completed in 1 1/2 days. He is very respectful, professional, and clean. Covering floors and openings in walls was greatly appreciated and unexpected. They worked at a fast pace and ensured everything was done perfectly. I greatly appreciated his taking the time to assist us in choosing the perfect product for our household needs. Thanks Sergio!!!! I highly recommend his services to everyone.

If you have plumbing to be done...this is the company you want to hire! I bought a older home that needed repiping done. Sergio showed up within 1/2 hr of calling him for an estimate that was way better than the previous estimated I received. He and his crew showed up on time, put paper down on all the work areas. I had the house, and garage repiped with copper and a new water heater put in. While he was under my house he took pictured of the sewer line and showed me the damage, I had him come out to repair this too!. It was a lot of work. Sergio and his crew was respectful of my home. I have referred him to family and will use him again for any future projects.

My company called Sergio for a clogged problem a few years back. We quoted 3 companies. They are the one with the most reasonable price and came on time. Later on we had other problems with the toilet flushes and toilets , he and his co-workers came the same day and replaced quickly. Though there's leaks, they came to fix the next day till there's no more problem. The most impressive experience with them was in a cold and windy night, we had an emergency call for the back float valve broke, and they fixed right away. I hired Sergio for my home project because of the good experience. He is always on time and does work professionally. He shows me problems and gives me options. I quoted other plumbers too, so I know his price is fair and reasonable. I would recommend him to my firends as it is hard to find a good plumber who knows how to do the job and doesn't rip people off.

I was lucky to find Sergio because he understood my situation and agreed to come after 6pm on a weekend day! They came as scheduled and did a great job discovering and eliminating the issue. Besides fixing the water heater they also took care of another small issue I had with the water regulator and everything was at a reasonable price. The service was excellent and I will definitely work with them in the future.

Tuesday night my wife noticed water had soaked the wooden base under our water heater in the garage. We could see water trails going down the side of the tank but it didn't seem like water was actively flowing. Having experiencing a flood from our last water heater 18 years ago, I figured it would not be a good idea to wait, and started calling around the next morning. One person I spoke to with very good Yelp reviews told me how old the water heater was (from the serial number) and that I was right not to wait to replace it. He wouldn't be able to get to me for a couple of days, though. He also told me to expect to pay $1300-$1500 to have it done (!). I saw Best Quality's listing in Yelp along with a few others, including the company I'd used last time. I phoned two others and hit the "Get Quote" button for Best Quality. Sergio got back to me within about 15 minutes, and after asking me a few questions via the Yelp messaging system, quoted me $1050 to replace the heater with another 40 gallon tank but a Bradford instead of the Rheem I had - I'd read somewhere that Bradford was considered to be better. He offered to come over at noon, a little more than 90 minutes from then. No one else seemed willing to quote me on the phone. Sergio and his assistant came over as promised, with the new water heater, and also immediately spotted a leak from the release valve on our water regulator out front. We'd had issues with water pressure before (as most of my neighbors also had - his gauge showed 150psi vs the 50-60 it should have been) and in fact this regulator was the 3rd one in the 32 years I've lived in the house. He quoted me another $350 to replace it, which was also very reasonable, and in about two hours every thing was done and working perfectly. I recommend you call Sergio for your issues. Dealing with him was a pleasure. I'l definitely be calling him again for my plumbing needs.

I called with a water heater problem and Sergio, the owner, was at my home in less than 20 minutes. I was so grateful and happy he was able to fix our water heater the same night. Thank you Sergio for helping us out on one of the coldest nights and actually be able to take a hot shower.

I called Sergio who was more than willing to take the job for obvious reason but how he handled our initial conversation really impressed me. Gave me confidence that I was speaking to the right guy. This company is truly the BEST quality! We woke up at 3 am to find our entire downstairs flooded. I called a couple different 24 hour plumbers and naturally had to leave messages. I left a voicemail for Best Quality at 3:29 am at 3:32 am I received a text message saying that someone would call me in a bit. Five minutes later Andrew called and I explained the problem. He was literally here 15 minutes after that. He and Sergio located the source and fixed it, they recommended some preventative measures and literally just left our house like 5 min ago. Not only did they fix the problem, they charged me about $200 less than my initial quote and they are very reasonably priced. They were both very professional and informative, I asked about a thousand questions and they gave me clear answers to everything I asked. I definitely recommend them to everyone and will call them in the future should I need plumbing work. Thank you Best Quality for your help and making me feel at ease!
