We had a problem with the water heater at our office. Since we do emergency services we have showers for the guys who respond to emergencies. The technician came in and was able to figure out the problem with sincerity. Sincerity because the previous plumber wanted us to change the entire water heater. Best Quality's tech was able to fix the water heater at a fraction of the cost of replacing it. 2 weeks later we called him again to replace the water heater, this time because we wanted our garage to look nicer with a new water heater. Both visits were pleasant experiences. Definitely recommending them.Read review on Yelp

UNDERSTAND THE ISSUE
Planning Commercial Tankless Water Heater Installation
Commercial hot-water use can vary by hour, tenant, fixture, and business activity. The selected system must be evaluated against expected demand, incoming water conditions, available fuel or power, venting, drainage, and the installation location. Existing equipment and piping may also need changes. The project should identify who is selecting the equipment, what manufacturer requirements apply, which approvals are needed, and whether existing service can support the proposed system.
Commercial Plumbing Customer Reviews
My company called Sergio for a clogged problem a few years back. We quoted 3 companies. They are the one with the most reasonable price and came on time. Later on we had other problems with the toilet flushes and toilets , he and his co-workers came the same day and replaced quickly. Though there's leaks, they came to fix the next day till there's no more problem. The most impressive experience with them was in a cold and windy night, we had an emergency call for the back float valve broke, and they fixed right away. I hired Sergio for my home project because of the good experience. He is always on time and does work professionally. He shows me problems and gives me options. I quoted other plumbers too, so I know his price is fair and reasonable. I would recommend him to my firends as it is hard to find a good plumber who knows how to do the job and doesn't rip people off.Read review on Yelp
WHAT WE'LL CHECK
Your Commercial Tankless Water Heater Installation Options
We discuss the number and type of fixtures, peak use patterns, current heater arrangement, and the owner’s project goals. The site review considers location, water and gas or electrical connections as applicable, venting route, drainage, service access, and compatibility with the proposed unit. Capacity should be evaluated from actual use rather than a generic rule of thumb. Any permit, inspection, electrical, gas, or ventilation responsibilities need confirmation for the specific project.
Install A Selected Tankless Unit
If the proposed equipment and site conditions align, the plumbing installation can be scoped around its required connections, mounting location, and commissioning steps.
Rework The Project Before Selection
If demand, utilities, venting, or location do not yet support a clear plan, the owner can resolve equipment and design questions before installation is estimated.

Questions Answered.
Have a question about your plumbing? These answers cover what we’re often asked.
Is a tankless heater suitable for every commercial building?
No. Suitability depends on demand, the proposed unit, utility capacity, venting, space, and local requirements. These factors need review before selection.
Can one commercial tankless unit serve the whole building?
That depends on peak demand and the unit’s capacity and configuration. A usage review is needed before deciding whether one or more units fit.
Does installation include gas or electrical upgrades?
Those needs depend on the existing service and the equipment. The estimate should identify included work and any separate trade or utility scope.
Who obtains permits for commercial water-heater installation?
Applicable approvals vary by project and jurisdiction. Confirm the required permits or inspections and responsible parties before work is scheduled.
